A part of the garden (cactii)

Yes, there is an Agave salmiana var. ferox.
And behind, you can see an Agave salmiana and an Agave americana 'Variegata'.

Would you take some plants in your collection ?
There may be some who ´d be willing to give.

I don't understand the word "take"....

I search new plants everytime. But, they must be acclimate with sun (or they burn!). At sun, i have 54°C in july & august. This is a big difficulty.
When they are mature, i can keep them, when they are Young, it is difficult. I think my climate is very different with climate of Mexico.
The second problem is the available place, there are also: Agave, Aloe, succulent...
But i search new plants all times!

I just meant that here are alot cacti growers in germany who might give up plants..

I see. What about some smaller species, like Astrophytum, Turbinicarpus etc. ?
When you receive new plants you should maybe first cover it with some shading material. Over some weeks you reduce the shade and then cacti should be fine in full sun. (Depending on the species of course)
We have to do the same every spring, when the cacti are brought back from the house to the garden!

The sun is a really problem, here with non-acclimated plants. The best solution ( for me) is to put the plants outdoors in January or begining of february. The level of "ultraviolet" (?) is down (1 or 2) and acclimatation is possible. But i have to turn on themselves the cactii every day and the plants must be quiet and not growing.
Here, there is not a lot of plant which come from Germany or Holland.
We can find succulents which come from Italia & España.
They are cultivated full sun. It's better.
The cactiii in small containers are cultivated inddors, in these countries,  but not the old specimen.
I'll can give you some adress if your spend yours holidays in Spain.
And, for me, it is possible to get or exchange some acclimated plants with people who have a garden, in my country. It is not a problem, because i produce succulents!
With small items (astrophytum, etc...), there is no more problems than taller pieces. They support sun and hot weather.
The climate is not appropriate with gymnocalycium if they are full soil (in the garden), because they are not wet resistant in winter or begining of spring (because they are sleeping). And it is the season of rain.... So they die.

So they can establish best during this Season.
February hopefully shouldn´t be too late.
There are alot of Cactis from peru etc.. who grow small and you can grow a good collection of them in a small place.
Here we have alot which came from the Netherlands.
I personally find Succulents to be wonderful.
As like Pachyphytum,Haworthias,Aloe vera,aborescens and various sedums.
If i ´d have Conditions like yours, i´d go for Aloe aborescens and avoid spiney plants in Garden, i´d be leaving them in pots.. lol

I also saw your Aeonium atropurpureum..

Trichocereus peruvianus and your macrogonus are my personal favorites.
Which are also in my Collection.
You wonder how good they grow even here for Northern Climates..
I mean,they are already some years old and over 50 cm..
